About Titan Group
Titan Group, headquartered in Hyderabad, India, is a diversified industrial conglomerate with strategic business interests spanning Aviation, Aerospace, Defence, Space, Mining, and International Trade. The Group is driven by a vision to establish India as a global hub for advanced manufacturing, technology development, and strategic industrial infrastructure, while contributing to the nation’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Leadership
Titan Group is founded and led by Mr. K. Giri Kumar, Group Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, who has over two decades of experience in international trade, strategic materials, defence procurement, and technology partnerships. He is supported by an experienced Board of Directors comprising Vijay Srikanth, Rajendra Kumar, Sridhar Rao, Anil Kumar and Dinesh Kumar.
Defence & Strategic Advisor
Titan Group is privileged to have Maj. Gen. J K Sharma (Retd.) as its Honorary Chairman & Strategic Advisor. The Group is further strengthened by his guidance in providing strategic counsel on defence, homeland security, and national security initiatives.
Aviation Advisor
Titan Group is also supported by Mr. Chandra Sekhar, Former Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Air India Express, who serves as the Group’s Aviation Advisor. Drawing upon his experience in commercial aviation, airline operations, airport management, regulatory compliance, Mr. Chandra Sekhar provides strategic guidance on the Group’s aviation initiatives, including airport infrastructure development, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), flight training, airline operations.
The Board provides strategic direction across the Group’s diversified business verticals while driving long-term growth through innovation, international collaboration, and sustainable business practices.
International Technology and Strategic Partnerships
Recognizing the importance of global collaboration in high-technology sectors, Titan Group has developed an extensive international network of experts and technology partners from Ukraine & United States. The overseas operations are headed by:

Their combined experience enables Titan Group to develop integrated solutions encompassing technology transfer, advanced manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), testing laboratories, certification centers, modernization programs, and complete production facilities.
Foundation in Strategic Materials
Titan Group commenced its journey through Titan Metals & Minerals Ltd. (TMML), incorporated with the objective of supplying advanced strategic materials to the defence, aerospace, and space sectors. TMML has established itself as a reliable importer and supplier of advanced ballistic, composite, and strategic materials and has served as an approved vendor to defence establishments and strategic organizations. Its portfolio includes several high-value specialty metals and advanced minerals, including Advanced, Ballistic, Composite & Strategic Materials. These materials find critical applications in aerospace structures, defence platforms, missile systems, naval applications, nuclear industries, and advanced engineering sectors.
Defence and Homeland Security Products
In addition to strategic materials, TMML has developed significant expertise in supplying products for defence and homeland security applications. Its offerings include:
- Body Armor Systems, Bomb Blankets, Vehicle Armor Steel, Armor Technologies.
The company has supplied these products to organizations associated with the Ministries of Defence and Home Affairs and continues to explore opportunities for technology transfer and indigenous manufacturing under the Government of India’s defence modernization initiatives.
International Trading Operations
Over the years, Titan Group has successfully diversified international trade across several industrial sectors. Its trading portfolio has included:
Titanium Sponge, Titanium Pigment, Cobalt, Nickel, Aircraft Tyres, Bitumen, Bromine, Coal, Coke, Fertilizers, Titanium Dioxide, Soda Ash, Beer, Vodka, Strategic Industrial Technologies.
The Group has also collaborated with Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL) in the export of Indian Ilmenite to Ukraine, reinforcing its capabilities in international mineral trading and supply chain management.
Vision for Aerospace, Defence and Space Manufacturing
Building upon its extensive experience in international trade and strategic sourcing, Titan Group is now entering its next phase of growth by establishing integrated manufacturing capabilities in India. Through its group companies, Titan is developing projects in:
