Titan Group is based out Hyderabad, its multi-disciplinary company engaged in Aviation, Aerospace, Defence, Space, Mining, and Trading.

Titan Metals & Minerals Ltd, Titan Aviation & Aerospace India Ltd, Titan Defence Systems Ltd & Titan Geo Space Systems Ltd are the four companies under Titan Group which are private incorporations and closely held limited companies. The group is headed by K. Giri Kumar as Group Chairman & CEO and assisted by Dinesh, Srikanth, Raj, Sridhar, Mallesh, and Srinivas as Board of Directors.

The overseas team is headed by Alexander Chechel from Ukraine as CPO, Benton Wilcoxon from United States as CTO who assist me in sourcing of technologies for various aerospace & defence programs for India & Global markets. In addition to the above I have a 7-member team from Ukraine which includes Alexander Loss, Lyubomir, Aleksey, Volodymyr Usov, Volodymyr Tit, Sergey Voith and Oleksandr who are involved in coordination with government entities, overseas market, legal aspects, design, development and prototyping for various aerospace and defence systems, to establish training, testing, certification, upgradation, modernization and maintenance facilities along with production line.

We started as trading company specializing in import of Advanced, Ballistic, Composites and Strategic Materials for defense and space as approved defence vendor under Titan Metals & Minerals Ltd (TMML).  Our latest offerings include materials like Titanium, Scandium, Niobium, Vanadium, Hafnium etc. besides Molybdenum, Tungsten, Cobalt and Nickel.

Besides this TMML is also been into importing Law enforcement products such as Body Armor jackets, Bomb Blankets and Car Armor Steel. TMML, also has immense amount of potential to trade in technologies in the field of Body Armor and Car Armor. We also have the privilege selling our products to Ministry of Home and Defense in India.

In addition to this TMML was involved in import of Bitumen, Beverages like Beer & Vodka, Bromine, Coal, Coke, Fertilizers, Titanium Di-Oxide and Soda Ash. TMML has been working with Indian Rare Earths Ltd (IREL) for export of Indian Ilmenite to Ukraine. Titan Groups major revenues were mainly from trading of Titanium Sponge, Titanium Pigment, Cobalt, Nickel, Beer, Body Armor Jackets, Aircraft Tires, export of Ilmenite and sale of technologies.

Titan Group through its subsidiary is all set to execute major manufacturing facilities in various verticals such as Aerospace, Defence, Space and Titanium Mining. Titan Group has the potential capability to source these technologies to place India in a select group of super power countries.
